In Loving Memory of
Detective Lt. Brian Long
The New Milford community and NMPD lost a member Tuesday, Detective Lt. Brian Long, after a long battle with cancer. Our deepest sympathies go out to the Long family, his wife, Gina, and three children, Jack, Ryan and Meghan.
Viewing is scheduled for Thursday from 1 to 9 p.m. at Becker Funeral Home in Westwood, followed by a mass Friday at Our Lady of Mercy Church in Park Ridge at 11 a.m. and interment at Mary Rest Cemetery in Mahwah.

It was a great night for everyone that was there, and a success on all fronts. Lots of fun, prizes, and truly a pleasure seeing everyone smiling and together. Special thanks to our Board Members and their families who helped out, our team parents, the VFW staff, Joe Trivia, and all the businesses and teams who donated for an amazing Tricky Tray with over 70 baskets/prizes. We especially want to thank Phil Tennant and Angelina's Pizza & Restaurant for an incredible and delicious buffet everyone is still talking about!
Also, our Season-Long Raffle was drawn that night and here are the results. Congratulations to the Winners!

New 1 Mile Road Race
New Milford Fire Department Company One 5K Run, 1 Mile Road Race, Family Walk and Kids Dash; USATF-NJ Grand Prix. 2016 Masters State Championship 5K
We offer 4 person team and family team registration discounts. Lots of fun activities for children, including shorter races. Adults can visit with health professionals and even grab a quick massage.
Awesome raffle prizes all morning.
Our event includes complimentary pre-race food; a post-race family BBQ with live music and entertainment. Beer & wine available.

New Milford Little League is asking all current NMLL players interested in playing on a summer travel team for participation in the NEBAS (North East Bergen All-Stars) summer league.
We are currently looking to field teams in the following age groups:

All Players will be selected by sub-committees determined by the board of directors and each player’s selection will be based on the player’s performance during the regular season of play.
We will make every effort to place all players on an eligible team, however teams and roster spots may be limited due to player participation and we can not guarantee there will be enough players to field a team or playing time on a team.
For those players and families that have not participated in the past there will be additional cost involved with playing on a summer travel team.
