The Tweetsie Historic Trail Association is the official organization of the Friends of the Tweetsie Trail. Our mission is to help create the multi-use Tweetsie Trail between Johnson City and Elizabethton.

Board of Directors Meeting
Meeting Date: Wednesday July 31, 2013
Purpose: To consider new Board member
Location: Online via email
Board Members Present: Kenneth Gough, George Black, Sam Jones
Board Members Absent: None
A virtual meeting of the Board of Directors was held on July 31, 2013 by means of email for the consideration of adding a new Board member. Attending were Ken Gough, George Black and Sam Jones, constituting all members of the Board. Ken Gough acted as Chairman and George Black as Secretary.
On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously approved, Bonnie Hilliard was elected to the Board of Directors.
Copies of the emails shall be retained in the corporate records attesting to the vote of the Board members.
