The 3rd Developemental meet saw some great results. MUSTANG Michelle Smith set the meet record in the 1500m running 5:02.43 and captured the 1st place in the 400m. MUSTANGS Akyra Joseph and Kathlyn Jones finished 1 and 2 in the U13 1500m; Lauren Jones won the U13 100m and 200m, and Arianna Edgar finished first in the U17 100m, Shot Put and Discus. MUSTANG Anelia Austrie finished 1st in the Open 200m and High Jump.

MUSTANG Mikaela Smith finished first place overall in the 2019 3-Kings Day Mile race in a personal best of 5:06. Coach Mireille Smith 2nd in the female category followed by Rory Ramsdell in 3rd. MUSTANG Ian Cuffy finished 2nd for the males and Alex Joseph was in third place.

The Mustangs of St. Croix Track Club started the New Year running!!! Jan. 4, 2019 started the beginning of a year with continued success. The younger Mustangs ran in 3 age groups in the 3 Kings Day Children Race. Michelle Smith was the overall winner of the 1/2 Mile race in a new record of 2:10, breaking the previous record of 2:21 which was held by both her sister Mikaela Smith (2014) and Evelis Gomez (1999).
