Hi Everyone!

 Practice for this Saturday 2/14 will be from 1:30-3:00 at Valencia in the SMALL gym.  If you can't make practice, please let us know.  Thank you!

Dear Force Parents,

I apologize for the late notice again for this week, can anyone say "no more NJB"

We will be practicing at Valencia HS from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Large Gym. Coach Scotty will be running practice as I will be at the Yonsei 16 try-outs at Kennedy HS in Granada Hills and Coach Jon will be getting certified (in what?) in San Pedro.

We will have Jason tomorrow night at 9:00 p.m. for the optional clinic, we will probably not have the clinic next Friday night due to Reed's birthday party (but I can set it up if enough want to go)

Remember our 6:00 p.m. game this week at Western HS against SOC.

Dear Force Parents,

We apologize for this late update, we were trying to help VFW find gym time this week since they lost Valencia that we forgot about our own team. The schedule for tonight is that we still have the Jason optional clinic at 9:00 p.m. but it will be run by KB instead. Jason has to attend an awards ceremony for some of his past students. The fee will still be $20 per player and KB will be working on defense, rebounding, etc.

Our practice tomorrow is going to be from 12:00-1:30 p.m. at Katella HS, please let us know if you cannot make this practice, we will have the whole gym.

Last weeks game against OCO was to say the least not done very well by the referees, as commissioner we have sent several correspondences to the chief commissioner and the head of referees to discuss the situation. Our boys did play very well despite the poor job that the referees were doing. They held Kendall to 9 points this game showing what a difference Jason has been making on our defense each Friday night. We really need to work on our free throw shooting as we were 5 for 14 for the game, a few more made free throws and the final score of OCO 41, VFW 39 could have been different. OCO shot 11 for 21 from the free throw line. As coach Scotty said, we are getting closer each time, we should be beating them soon just like the Warriors.

Practice for the 24th will be changed back to the original time of 1-3 at KATELLA HIGH SCHOOL.  Sorry for all of the confusion!  If you can't make practice, please let Coach Mark know. 

Good news!  VFW was able to get gym time.  Our practice will now be from 3:30-5:00 at Valencia in the large gym.  If you are not able to make practice, please let Coach Mark know.
