This is a reminder that we have practice tomorrow Friday 12/15/06 at Mariners from 6:30-8:30 p.m. We will be practicing very hard on everything that we need for Sunday's game. We also will have a light practice on Saturday from 1:00-2:30 p.m. at Bretheren Christian in Cypress off of Chip. Let me know if you cannot make either practice, thanks. Mark

Well, our big game of the year sure came up quick. We will be playing OCO this Sunday 12/17, we have not beat them in the last 4 games so it will be a good teast for us. Mandatory practice this Friday 12/15/06 at Mariners from 6:30-8:30 p.m. We will be going over the new defense that we will be running against OCO. We also need to practice our offense, inbound plays, sideline play, tip drill, etc. We also have reserved the two Friday's 12/22 and 12/29 at Mariners, these dates are optional so if you are in town we welcome you. The boys played a great game yesterday against the new and improved tournament team from Norwalk. The result was a 35-15 win and we had a very balanced attack. Our first squad had 20 points to our second squad who had 15 for the game. Hope to see everyone on Friday, let Jon or I know if you cannot make it. Dear Force Parents, Our first SEYO game was a nice victory over the OCBC Silver Champions last year. We need to work on some of our weaknesses this upcoming Friday and Saturday to prepare us for the new Norwalk team who lost to OCO by 12 points this past weekend. The boys played really well and are coming around as a team just as we planned. Dear Force Parents, We are confirmed for the next two Friday's 12/8 and 12/15 to practice at Mariners Christian from 6:30-8:30 p.m. We are still waiting to hear from VFW in regards to the Saturday practice times. Let Jon or I know if you cannot make either practice this week. Thanks, Mark

As we are approaching our first SEYO game this weekend we also need to finalize our tournament schedule as some of them have a December due date. We are looking at playing in the Megalopolis Tournament in March, the Desert Classic, Palm Springs in April, FOR and Tigers in May, possibly Jets in July, Hollywood Dodgers in August and VFW in October. This would give us 7 tournaments just as this year but a few different ones. We will update the website when we get confirmation from the tournaments. It seems everyone is okay with a fundraiser to help offset some of the costs for the upcoming year. We have been in contact with the Anaheim Arsenal which is the new NBA minor league team. We have an opportunity to purchase tickets for a home game at the Anaheim Convention Center at a discount then sell them at a higher price and keep the difference for our fundraiser. For example: the tickets are listed at $22 each, we will get them for $11 and sell them at $15 keeping $4 per ticket. If we were to sell 200 tickets then we would net $800 for our team. We will get more information and will try to find a game in February after SEYO season is over. Don't forget practice tomorrow night Friday 12/1/06 at Mariners from 6:30-8:30 It is very important that every player be at this practice. We will be going over the new rules for SEYO and practicing everything we need to use on Sunday. Thanks, Mark
