2013 Closing Ceremonies

Posted by Paul Skuta at Jun 1, 2013 5:00PM PDT ( 0 Comments )

The Board of Directors wants to thank all of our players, parents, managers and sponsors for a great 2013 season! Closing Ceremonies for the 2013 season will be held on Saturday, June 08 at noon or immediately after the last championship game completes whichever comes later. Ceremonies will be held on the Minor Field which is adjacent to the snack bar. Division champions and runners up will be recognized along with Wootten Award and Matteucci Award recipients. Distribution of 12 year-old "graduation" gifts and Major Division All-Star voting will also take place. The League requests players to be in uniform. The Championship games (A through Majors) begin at 9 on all fields. All are encouraged to attend and watch.

All this fun doesn't have to end. Players are encouraged to play baseball with their friends and have a great summer. Also, Fall Ball registration is just around the corner. (See article below). Alameda Little League will be hosting three different post season tournaments this year (details soon to be announced), so there is a lot going on at the fields.
