Welcome to the 2012 Bombers Basketball
We are a AAU basketball team and we are looking forward to this AAU season.
Our focus is not only on teaching fundamental basketball and the importance of teamwork, we also encourage camaraderie and having fun as well.

When doing any speed work athletes should ALWAYS
be on the balls of their feet.
The heels should never touch the ground when doing
acceleration work, top speed work, floating, etc.
Running heel to toe requires foot strike taking
place in front of the Center of Mass (which slows
athletes down) and means their ground contact time
is lengthened (which, again, slows athletes down).
Both factors should be avoided at all costs.
Bombers Take First at the Milford Eagles Classic Tournament
This weekend we are participating in the Milford Eagles Classic and we plan to enter in the Fairfield Classic next weekend. The King's Island Memorial Madness tournament is May 23,24,25 and we will be in that tournament as well. As in the past, the option to buy discounted King's Island tickets will be available, I believe they are $20.00 and are good only for that weekend. Please be thinking about this option, we have in the past tried to go as a group and it is a lot of fun.It really depends on the games times and how the schedule works out. There are other tournaments pending as well and we will let you know the details as they come about. Have a great week, see you Sat. in Milford!
