Ontario lifting capacity limits in arenas as of Monday

Effective October 25 at 12:01 a.m., Ontario will lift capacity limits in the vast majority of settings where proof of vaccination is required. Limits will also be lifted in certain outdoor settings.
Continued improvements to public health and health care indicators, including ongoing stability in the province’s hospitals, have guided this cautious and gradual approach.
Ontario will also allow other settings to lift capacity limits if they begin requiring proof of vaccination. This will not apply to key services such as medical care, food from grocery stores, medical supplies, and the like.
