The TMHA AGM will be held tentatively on May 13th 2020, so we are calling for Nominations for our Board open positions. Please find attached the nomination form that needs to be completed and returned to the TMHA office for any nominations by the end of business April 15th , 2020. Please note that due to the changes at the last AGM, there are many open positions this year.

3.07 Election Procedure – The election of the Board of Directors shall take place at the Annual General Meeting of the membership. Nomination forms shall be available each year from the TMHA Administrator by March 15. A nomination must be completed by the nominee and (1) other nominator who is a Member in good standing of TMHA. Such completed nomination form must be delivered to the TMHA Administrator prior to April 15 of each year.
