Hello fellow Spikes, The second session of Sport Acceleration is nearly upon us!!! The first session is well under way and I continue to be impressed with this work-out program. All of the boys are showing marked improvement and more importantly they are having a blast no matter how hard Melissa and Ben work them!! I have e-mailed everyone that was on my prior list of “those interested” and I have included others as well....just in case. Please give Ben a call to schedule your pre-test if you wish to attend this final session." Sincerely, Coach Brad Keep up the hard work Spikes!!!

To Find Calendar Events...

Posted by Keith Waninger at Jan 11, 2006 4:00PM PST ( 0 Comments )
The "General Calendar" listed on the main site menu will contain events that are considered to be "organizational" events, that is something that all Spikes players, parents or coaches (regardless of age division) might have interest in. If the event is considered more "team specific", that is it only relates to a particular team, then it can be found on that team's webpage calendar. (Examples: Birthdays, holidays & the end of year banquet are considered "organizational" events. While team practices, meetings & tournament dates are consider "specific team events") To view calendar events will require website security clearance.
