Hello fellow Spikes, The second session of Sport Acceleration is nearly upon us!!! The first session is well under way and I continue to be impressed with this work-out program. All of the boys are showing marked improvement and more importantly they are having a blast no matter how hard Melissa and Ben work them!! I have e-mailed everyone that was on my prior list of “those interested” and I have included others as well....just in case.
