We will restart up with games in mid December.
There are no more refunds – anyone not looking to participate any longer can have their registration fee moved to either the 2021 summer league or next years winter league.
Due to lack of interest, there will be no girls older division this season. Hopefully we will get it back for the summer season
After November 9th there will be no more refunds for the WWBL 2020 winter season. Trying to get this season up and running is difficult enough. Anyone dropping out after November 9th will not receive a refund, their registration fee will be held and put toward either the 2021 summer league or 2021 winter season. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this
The WWBL is teaming up with EWG to get the winter basketball season up and running for boys and girls in grades 4th – 11th. We expect to start tryouts on Monday, November 16th and team practices to start Monday, November 23rd.
Many changes for the 2020 season, most notably all games & practices will be held at the WW Complex and not in any of the WW Public School buildings.
We will be working closely with the WW Complex staff and adhering to all CDC and RIDOH Guidelines. Many precautions will be in place to reduce the risk of COVID.
We eagerly look forward ot getting these kids on the court exercising and playing some fun basketball.
