HOME OF THE CHARGERS

In 2005, the Chargers rudely welcomed the Owls back to the Blue Division after a 2 year stint in the Gold by sweeping them by a football style aggregate of 35-8.

After trailing early in last year's first game, the Chargers roared back behind lefty Steve Curry's (Rutgers) relief, which steadied the tension after falling behind 3-0, and bombs by Brian Dzuro (Ramapo), John Dubovick (Johns Hopkins) and Jeff Dougherty, whose grand slam catapulted the offense. Game 1 ended 21-5.

Game 2 at home was all Chargers as they raced the Owls and won by a count of 14-3. This game helped guarantee a chance for the Chargers to vie for a 3rd straight Blue Division Title.
