Join the Pacer Track Club for Track & Field (Spring) or Cross Country (fall)
T&F is a great way to challenge yourself mentally and physically. You will improve your body by getting faster and stronger with practice. You will also develop mental toughness. Develop the skills and conditioning to be a better runner. Learn proper warm up and stretching exercises. Improve aerobic and anaerobic muscle capacity and exercise core muscle groups.
