We are guest at facilities, please treat as so. Any team not treating facilities accordingly will not be welcome back to future BVR events

Rainout info/ Withdraw from tournament
- $100 non refundable administrative fee for all events ($50 on 1 day events )
- No refund if withdraw from tournament after schedule is released. 50% refund if withdrawn less than 1   week prior to event 
- No refund if 2 games played - game started is game played
- Prorated minus the administrative fee if less than 2 games played.
 -No refunds on gate fees
