West Yellowstone Update

Posted by David Kask on Nov 16 2016 at 04:00PM PST

Here is the latest grooming report from West Yellowstone:

11.17.2016 Grooming Report:
Light snow falling, 23F. Almost a foot of new snow in town. Trails groomed: Rendezvous, Dead Dog, Biathlon Range, Penalty loop, short Deja 5 KM, Volunteer, Jerry's, the Doodle, Sheppard's, Drewski, and the long Sprint loop. Skate only and rock skis, though overall except for some soft dirt in a few places, skiing looked pretty good. Everything that is groomed is at least 4.5 M wide.

Although it looks like we will be able to ski let's bring roller skis, helmets and running shoes just in case. Remember to pack light the buses are almost full so the luggage compartments will be full too. Maybe put your helmet and a few other things in a small bag for the overhead bins in the bus. About the for casted weather for Friday. We are leaving the go/go late decision up to the bus drivers and bus company. We will keep you posted through our website - www.dulutheastnordic.org and our facebook page www.facebook.com/dulutheastnordic. As of now we are still planing on leaving at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

See you tomorrow!
