Riverside Hockey Club Plays Inaugural Game

Riverside Club Hockey Plays Inaugural Game The Riverside Club Hockey team played its first game on November 15th losing in the last 25 seconds to Mooney/Ursuline Club team out of Youngstown, 3-2. This is the first year for the Riverside Club Hockey team comprised of numerous Riverside High School students and area high school students. The first Riverside goal in club history was recorded by Ted Mizner, assisted by Dan Golden and David Siedlarczyk. The second goal was scored by Eric Clayton assisted by Ben Clancy and T. J. Steverding. Dan Schonauer faced 37 shots in the game. Other players on the team include Stephen Ayers, Michael Sherman, Alyssa Densmore, Keith Johnson, Mike Werner, Ben Strachan, Vince Lundi and Stephen DiMatteo. The team is coached by Nate Kallay, Brent Kallay and Brad Harte.
