Field Work Days

Field Work Days
Our last Field Work Day is on Saturday, March 29 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon

Please come out to help prepare our Eastdale playing fields before the Opening Weekend.... plus you get back the $40 we collected at registration as incentive.

Update: The fields are getting new wind screens and clay. They are really looking good! Thanks to all of you that have come out to help thus far.

Late Registrations being accepted

We are still accepting Late Registrations for our Baseball and Softball Divisions for the 2003 Season. Please E-mail us at EastdaleLL@aol.com or phone us at (505) 797-9867 for additional information. Players MUST be 5-Years-Old by July 31, 2003, to be eligible to play and MUST live within our Boundaries. See our exact boundary locations as stated here on the main page.

Eastdale Official Boundaries

Players MUST live within Our Boundaries, which are:

BETWEEN Wyoming Blvd NE and Eubank Blvd NE;
NORTH of Menaul Blvd NE to Paseo del Norte NE;
NORTH of Paseo del Norte NE to Elena NE BETWEEN Holbrook St NE and Louisiana Blvd NE.

Note: SOUTH of Paseo del Norte NE on Holbrook St NE ONLY to the Quintessence area is NOT in our boundaries.

Each Family must provide a proof of residence (within our boundaries) by furnishing a "Utility Bill" with shows the family's name and address. Also, a Birth Certificate for each child must be provided at time of Registration, to be eligible to participate. Scorekeeping Tutorials

A great big "Thanks" goes out to Matt Murphy, Virginia's District 5 Little League Information Officer for giving us permission to use his Scorekeeping Tutorials which are in Adobe pdf format. If you are interested in learning how to keep score during the ball games these are some excellent resources to get the beginner started. You can download them from the Handouts section of the website or read them online directly below. If you know of any families that have children that would like to Play Little League Baseball or Softball (and lives within our Boundaries), please let their parents know that we are still excepting Late Registrations (especially for Tee-Ball and Rookies). Players MUST be 5-Years-Old by July 31, 2003, to be eligible to play and MUST live within our Boundaries. They can either come to our Late Registration Day or just have them E-mail us at EastdaleLL@aol.com or leave a message on our voice mail (797-9867) if they have any questions, and we will gladly get back with them.
