FIELD CLEAN UP!!
Hello Everyone & Welcome to a Great New Season of Softball & Baseball
Field clean up is Saturday the 2nd @ your designated home field. Juniors (Polar-Nunaka) is Blackburn field in Mt. View, Majors is Peck field in Mt. View, Minors is Centennial field off of East Boundary, Coach Pitch & T-Ball please come to Davis field in Mt. View.
There will be Board members & the concession stand in Mt. View to take late registrations for Majors-T-Ball, to collect registration monies & answer questions.

Indoor Practice
Hello All and welcome to another great season of Baseball & Softball! We are so excited to have players returning and to see new faces.
Indoor practice is at Mt. View Elementary in the gym, please remember to be respectful as we are guests, parents there are some changes for this year so please make sure that you speak to a coach or other Board official at the start of your child's practice. Also parents there is no "dropping off" of kids, the exception may be Juniors, but please check with the coach first. You must register your kids before they can practice in the gym! You can register online or come a few minutes early to practice and we will have registration material at the gym. Please, remember to bring proof of where you live and your child's birth certificate so that we can verify age. Thank you!!
T-ball (5-6) Tuesday from 6pm to 7:00
Coach Pitch (7-8) Tuesday from 7:15 to 8:15
Minors (9-10) Thursday from 6pm to 7:30
Softball (9-16) Thursday from 7:30 to 9pm.
Majors (11-12) Wednesday from 6pm to 7:00
Juniors (13-14) Wednesday from 7:30 to 9pm

Welcome to the 2008 Season. Our teams are formed and we need your help! This year Polar Little League has 3 T-ball teams and we are in need of 1 more Coach! So please if you have time that you can volunteer please call 277-2547 and leave a message.

Volunteers are needed at all levels and in all areas: Managers, coaches, umpires and team moms, are needed as well as volunteers with fund raising, field prep/maintenance and concession workers.

ALASKA DISTRICT 1 LITTLE LEAGUE - Important Dates
The following dates have been updated accoring to Little League's most recent bulletin
June - 01 Rosters must be uploaded to Little League by this date or within two weeks after first game, which ever comes first.
June - 01 Deadline for all rule waiver requests
June - 01 All fees must be paid to Little League
June - 01 Regular season teams must be chartered by this date to be eligible for tournament play
June - 03 District 1 Presidents Meeting
June - 04 George Foster Baseball Camp info
June - 15 Deadline for all adjustments Charter and Insurance applications
June - 15 First Day to announce All-Star teams
June - 15 Deadline to complete tournament enrollment and background screening confirmation form
