How many times last season were you thrown out at first base by a step or less? How many times did you miss caching a ball by inches?  How many bases did you steal? No matter how “fast” you may be there is always room to improve.  Speed, Agility and Conditioning training will give you the “extra step” you need to take your game to the next level!

  Speed - Agility - Conditioning

Ages 10 - 15

This is a camp for anyone aged 10 - 15 who wants to dramatically improve their speed, quickness, strength, agility and overall conditioning.  Amy Jo Birklid, a 2005 Cum Laude graduate of Eastern Washington University, uses the most recent cutting edge research to build training programs which give you the best possible results.  Athletes who attend this training, will learn HOW to run more efficiently, sprint faster, change directions quicker, and play with more power. This camp is open to all athletes and is not sport specific. (Amy does offer sport specific baseball, fast-pitch, soccer and football team training. Contact Amy for more information.)

Monday & Thursday   Ages   10 – 15  5:00 – 6:00 P.M.   $99.00 Friday ONLY                Ages   10 – 15  5:15 – 6:15 P.M.   $49.00
