Salesianum 22, William Penn 29

The Salesianum wrestling team was defeated today by William Penn. Sallies won five of the fourteen weight classes including a technical fall win by Nick Dominelli (152).

The dual meet against St. Elizabeth's has been cancelled and a dual meet against Middletown was scheduled. The Middletown match will be on Monday, January 31st at Salesianum.

Avon Grove Dual Meet Tournament Results

Salesianum finished in second place at the Avon Grove Dual Meet Tournament. Sallies wrestled Avon Grove in the Championship match that ended in a 33-33 tie. Avon Grove was declared the winner based on criteria of more 6pt wins (both teams won 7 matches each). Wrestlers competing undefeated for the day were Thornes (103), Degliobizzi (130) and Buchanan (145). For individual match results, go to "Schedules" and click on match.
