On January 27-28, 2012 a special meeting will be held in San Bernardino at the San Bernardino Hilton. All District Administrators and Assistant District Administrators from the Western Region are encourged to attend.

· January 26 & 29 will be travel days. The event will run from 8:00 am on Friday until late Saturday evening. To register click here 

·         The event will be held at the San Bernardino Hilton 285 E. Hospitality Lane on January 27 & 28, 2012. To reserve rooms at the Hilton click here

·         A (non-formal) dinner will be held Saturday evening.

·         Housing will not be available at the Western region Complex.

·         The agenda has not yet been set but will mostly consist of the round table topics that are being submitted by all District Administrators in the Western Region .  The agenda should be available in about two weeks.

·         The sessions will follow the same format as a congress with round table discussions and  voting. Amendments for any of the topics will be tabulated and voted on (electronically) by all District Administrators in the March time frame.  The delay will be due to the tabulations of all Regional submittals.

·         There will be a one-hour breakout session sometime during the weekend (Friday or Saturday) to discuss Western Region Divisional issues as well as confirm who will be hosting upper level tournaments.
