Welcome to the TN District 5 Umpire Association web page, whose goal is to provide quality umpires and umpiring services to the local leagues, improve umpiring through education & training, promote fair play and good sportsmanship among people in baseball & softball and provide educational training for coaches to ensure a thorough understanding of the rules specific to Little League Baseball & Softball.
Umpire Requests Due to Phil WInters by Oct 10
D5UA Members,
Anyone wanting to apply for a regional or world series tournament must have their applications to Phil Winters by Oct 15. The applications are due to Southern Region by November 1 and they must go through Mr. Winters first. In order to apply for a regional tournament, you must have umpired in a state tournament. In order to apply for a world series, you must have umpired in a regional tournament. To umpire a baseball world series, you must have called a regional baseball tournament and the same with softball.
Please mail a request form for each division applying for along with volunteer applications and a copy of your drivers license for each as well to:
