THAT'S A WRAP......8th ANNUAL PETERBOROUGH HARVEST CLASSIC 5k
Thank you to those members of the Milers, and the surrounding running community that came out to participate in this year's 8th Annual Peterborough Harvest Classic 5k Road Race. The day was PERFECT, not a cloud in the sky, and the foliage was like looking at a bowl of Fruit Loops.......without the milk.
I would especially like to thank the volunteers; Jen O'Brien, Ross Ramey, Rick Schnable, Jenny Dark, Lisa Ramey, Ginger Smith, Bill & Kathy Engle, Theresa Kirouac-Little and Anita (Theresa's sister from Plymouth, MA)....without the volunteeers, setting a race in motion would certainly be diffiicult.
Thank you also to our friends at the US Army Corp of Engineers for providing the park to us once again, without a hassle. We sincerely appreciate all that you do for the Miler's and the running community. The MacDowell Dam is the most practical and welcoming venue for a road race...not to mention clean, accomodating and serene...
The mugs didn't show up for race day......... so I have been travelling around dropping them off at various spots. If you have not received one yet, please call me and I will make sure you get one! (603) 563-8072

So, with that having been said, this wraps up the MAGP 2008 Summer Running Series. There will be a special "After Hours" reception at Ted's Shoe & Sport in the next few weeks to recognize the recipients of the Iron Runner and provide awards to the runners who placed in their division. More to come....
Good Night, and Good Luck..........
