PTFCA Indoor Championship

The PTFCA Indoor State Championships will be held this Saturday, February 28, 2004. It will be held at Penn State University, in the Multi-Sport Complex on University Drive.

The championships will begin promptly at 10:30am. The Order of Events are (One event follows the other with no breaks in time): 1. 60m Hurdles - Trials (Top 3 to Semi) 2. 60m Dash - Trials (top 3 to Semi) 3. Mile Run 4. 60m Hurdles - Semifinals (Top 3 to Finals) 5. 60m Dash - Semifinals (Top 3 to Finals) 6. 400m Dash 7. PA High School Track & Field Hall of Fame Induction 8. 60m Hurdles - Finals 9. 60m Dash - Finals 10. 800m Dash 11. 200m Dash 12. 3000m Run 13. 4x200m Relay 14. 4x800m Relay 15. 4x400m Relay
The team will be staying at the

Athletes are expected to attend their first three (3) classes of the day, on Friday 2/27. They will eat lunch in the 11/12 cafe during 4th period. The vans will be leaving from the West side at 11:00am. The meet will conclude around 6:00pm on Saturday, after which the team will get on the road home. They will stop for dinner along the way, and should arrive back in West Chester around 9:45-10:00pm. Athletes may bring one small overnight bag along with their athletic bag.

INDOOR TRACK BANQUET

The Girls & Boys Indoor Track Banquet has been scheduled for Sunday, March 6, 2005 at 10:00am. It will be held at the Holiday Inn in West Chester. A Breakfast Buffet will be served at 10:30am and presentations honoring our athletes will immediately follow. An invitation has been given to each athlete to be filled in and returned to Jody Weaver, by Wednesday, March 2nd. The cost will be $16.95 per person. Optional, but greatly appreciated, $5.00 per family to be used for Coaches' gifts. If anyone has any questions, please contact Jody Weaver.

10th Annual New Balance Games

The WARRIORS will take their Relay talents to the fastest indoor track in the nation when they travel to the Armory in New York City for the 10th Annual New Balance Games. The meet will be help on Saturday, January 22, 2005
