Tri-City Nets 11U

Parents,

I hope everyone has been having a wonderful summer. As your fall Soccer, basketball and other activities begin I wanted to let everyone know there will be a new resource within the Tri-City Nets organization. Though it’s still being built out with information, by November we will have a brand new Tri-City Nets website. Not only a site that serves the needs of our current players and parents but also one that is full of information for interested and prospective players and parents. I (Coach Tony Duncan) have been asked to join the Tri-City Nets board as the webmaster / board member and have been working hard to get this new site up and running. If you have ideas, comments or suggestions please email webmaster@tricitynets.org which will send the email to me.

Every year the club attempts to schedule a 2 day travel tournament where every team stays in the same hotel and attends the same 2 day tournament. Last year we attended the Aim High Sports tournament and the kids (and parents) had a great time.

This year we will be returning to Aim High on the weekend of February 21st and 22nd. We will all be staying at the Sheraton Hotel Lansing. The hotel provides a great pool area for the girls, game room, mini indoor basketball court and private meeting rooms we rent out to hold a buffet dinner on Saturday night.

Good luck to all the teams. If you are interested in coming out to watch the Tri City Nets perform we will play at a facility called "The Summit".

TRI-CITY NETS GIRLS TRYOUTS.

The TRI-CITY Nets will hosting tryouts at Center Courts in Saginaw Twp.
on November 9th for the 2008/09 Season. Tryouts for girls in the
10 under to 13-under divisions will be held from 1:30 – 3:30 pm

Divisions are :

10/u Born on or after July 1st 1997
11/u born on or after July 1st 1996
12/u Born on or after July 1st 1995
13/u Born on or after July 1st 1994

If you are attending tryouts, please arrive 15 to 20 mins early to register your daughter. A copy of your daugter’s birth certificate is required.

A non- refundable $20.00 payment for AAU membership and facilty costs is due at the tryouts.
