The kick-off meeting for returning referees who want to work the spring season will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. at my office, Culp and Tanner, in the Capitol Building at 55 Independence Circle, Suite 201 in Philadelphia Square off Eaton Road between the Esplanade and the freeway.  See the attached map.

The purpose of this meeting is:

1.               Sign up for games for the first Saturday of the season (September 6^th).  Fill out the Referee First Day of the Season Game Request Form that you will receive from me via email (it will also be posted on the Handouts tab when the game schedule has been set) and bring it to the meeting.  If you are unable to make the meeting due to other prior commitments, you must call or email Wes Hocking in advance of the meeting.

2.               Receive additional training.  The USSF requires licensed referees to have a minimum of 5 hours of additional training every year.

3.               Review law changes and changes in pay rates and the required USSF licensing in the fall.

4.               Ask questions and make suggestions. Your input is welcomed and encouraged.

Those who attend will get first choice of games for the first day of the season and will receive added priority when games are assigned for subsequent weeks.
