2013 Homecoming weekend
This year we will be having a Circus themed picnic from 2pm – 6pm on Saturday, September 28 at Memorial Park in the pool pavilion. We are asking everyone to bring a dish to share and bring your own drinks. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A GUARDIAN. Please no glass bottles/containers!! Also feel free to bring your own chair.
BIU will provide hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, snow cones, we’ll have games and music and of course homecoming court.
We are also having a “poster contest” and the best three posters will get a souvenir prize
On Sunday, we are having a bake sale and we are asking everyone to please bring a baked item.
Also, a trampoline was donated and we will be selling tickets to raffle it off on Homecoming Sunday. The tickets will be $5 each; winner does not need to be present.
Other Reminders:
Parade will be on Sunday, September 29 at 9:00 am. The parade will be leave from the Hart Park parking lot on 123rd & Western. The route will be: South on Western Ave, to Vermont, West on Vermont to Greenwood, North on Greenwood to Union St. North on Highland to Memorial Park. Feel free to bring your car, decorate it and join in the parade to celebrate Homecoming. Or if you prefer, line up on Western Ave or any street above and wave to the children.
We will have the pinning ceremony prior to each game, therefore, please arrive ½ hour before game-time as you and your child will be called to the field.
Don’t forget to turn in your Raffle tickets and please check when you are supposed to work, in order to get your family fee back.

Youth Football Championships
Each year the 7th and 8th grade Untouchables are invited to participate in the National Youth Football Championship (NYFC) held in Daytona Beach, Florda. Football players and cheerleaders compete in the Eastern Division competitions. This event takes place Thansgiving weekend.
We travel to Florida via coach bus. This is about a week long trip. Stiff competition and tons of fun.
We will have a series of travel information and planning sessions. Dates and times to follow shortly.
