$160 Registration Fee or $170 Registration Fee in Raffle Tickets
$40 Mandatory Fundraiser
*Family Fee and Equipment Fee are refunded at the end of the season, when certain requirements are met

Football Practice for all registered football players
beginning on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Centennial Park,
located on Wood Street between Vermont and 127th Streets in Blue Island.

Location: Eisenhower High School Aux. Gym (please use Pool Doors)
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Price: FREE!
Parents, please accompany your child to sign Release/Waiver.
