San Diego Knights

After winning the Metal Bat Championship in Summer 2002, the Knights will come back in Spring 2003 with a new look, and a new determination to win it all this season. The new grey vest-tops are going to keep the Knights looking good all year. Like Frank Chambliss says, Look Good, Feel Good, Play Good. We'll see what 2003 has in store.

The Knights, winners of the Metal Bat Division after sweeping the Angels in a best of three series, lost in the 18+ North County MABL championship game to the Tides, 8-6 in 10 innings. The season included a 14 game winning streak. It was a great season, even though it ended a bit short of where everyone wanted to go. We'll be back next Spring to do it all over again.

The Knights will have a whole new look for the summer 2002 season. There has been a lot of player movement, with the Knights losing a few and adding a few more. One thing is for sure, this will be an exciting season, and promises to be one of the best ever. Stay Tuned.
