The River Bandits have two teams in the Midwest Suburban League. Each team plays in separate divisions, with a separate 15-18 man roster. The league starts games in April and goes through September, strictly weekend games.
Former college players, along with ex-Minor League players would be interested in the 25+ River Bandits . Play 25 games from late April through early August. Wood Bat only. Looking for all positions.

The Chicago River Bandits are looking for players for their 2019 fall baseball team. This 12 game season starts in mid-September with all games being played at Heritage Park in Wheeling. Weeknight games start at 7:30pm with no games being played on Sunday. Cost of playing is $120 which includes a jersey.
Roster is limited to the first 18 players. Everyone plays.

The MSL River Bandits were represnted by six players at the 2018 All-Star Game. The game took place at Schaumburg Boomer Stadium in Schaumburg, IL on Saturday, July 7th.
The River Bandits represented the North Division of the Central League taking on the South Division. River Bandits all-star represntatives included Matt Bronstein, Brad Anderson, Jared Anderson, Dylan Powell, Tristan Hunt and Joe Ona.
Home field advantage was on the line during this contest.The North Divison fell short of victory against the South Division. The South Divison will now secure home field advantage during the championship series this Fall.
On Sunday, the MSL River Bandits looked to extend their winning streak to a season high three games as they take on the Bucs who come in with a 4 game winning streak.
On the mound for the River Bandits was tough lefty Rob Lowe, making his 2nd start of the season. Lowe had some control issues as he gave up 5 runs in 6 innings of work.
The offense continues to get quality at bats, working deep into counts, and as a result more runners on base. Eddy Gnadt had a season high 3 HBPs, adding to his lead in that category.
The game was finally put away as Alan Cardington stepped up to the plate in the 8th inning. He launched a liner over the centerfielder for the Bandits 1st inside the park home run of the year and 2nd home run over all.
The Bandits come away with the 16-6 victory, their 3rd win in a row and propelled into first place in the Central North Division. The MSL River Bandits take on the Wraiths on Sunday at Wing Park.
