Hi all, I had booked this ice at the Winter Club and then when I got home tonight, the team I booked it from e-mailed to say they had mistakenly overbooked. So Friday’s practice for now is cancelled, however, we’re still working on leads.

We now have the Christmas Challenge schedule. The first two games are posted on our calendar. The remaining three games are dependent on our place in the standings and performance in the playoffs. Our first playoff game will be on Sunday, Dec. 28 regardless of standings and our final game appears to be on Monday, Dec. 29, again, regardless of standings. The only thing that changes with the standings will be the game times. There will be two games on Dec. 28.

Tonight’s practice is cancelled due to weather. The windchill is currently -33 and the evening static temperature is projected at -26, either one mandates cancellation per WMHA rules. Kelly

Hi all, In order to have Coach Karl at the dryland practices — Karl’s extensive experience in fitness and physical education will serve these dryland practices well — we have swtiched the days for the Dec. practices to the Tuesday previous. Dec. 3 is now on Dec. 2 at 6:30 and Dec. 10 is now on Dec. 9 at 6:30. The previously scheduled Wednesday practices are cancelled and replaced with the Tuesday dates. Fabulous game today. Good hustle out there. There’s a land practice scheduled for St. Alphonse school on Nov. 19. Stay tuned for details. Will post a calendar item when I have full details.
