Announcement
Well it’s official. Tank’s social is compelete and I didn’t get to see Tank Girl. I did see Nuttso though! JB was there in fine form – dancing up a storm and not puking on anybody!
Mili was in fine form throwing pretzels at me for no apparent reason and Warren and Lesley were dancing up a storm too!
All the Way Ray showed up in his white rapper outfit and he and Randy and Norm had a dance-off with "The Party Guy"! I saw Cannon there but he never left the table. Sticks and Mrs. Sticks were there (still don’t know Mrs. Sticks). Glen was there and Charlene showed up later as Glen told her to drive out to Lorette in a blizzard on her own because he had a Colo Colo event to attend.
Hammy was presiding over the event in true Hammy style – he introduced Sue and I to the WalMart Greeter who ended up being the intrepid Hoops (which by the way, when hoops stood up he was framed by black balloons that made it look like he was wearing Mickey Mouse ears). Throughout the night Hammy was uncharacteristically jolly. Well done Sir Hambone! All we needed was a Hambone Slide and the night would have been perfect.
Everyone’s favourite dancing maniacs were there – the Otts. I think Norm and Kathy walked home after five hours of dirty dancing.
Finally I did see Tank there as well. Thanks for showing up Tank!
The whole night ended (they closed it down after Cris and Randy left with all the prizes) with a rousing chorus of "Ole".
