PALL 2017 Fall Ball Season
Hello Parents!
My name is Sam Flores; I have had the privilege of being assigned as the Team Manager for your child’s team for the PALL 2017 FALL BALL season. Some of you already know who I am but for those of you that don’t, I’d like to make a small introduction via this email but would preferably like to personally meet all you in the near future.
I’ve been involved with the PALL as a periodic assistant coach and supportive parent ever since my son started playing in 2012. I really enjoy the game of baseball and enjoy watching the kids learn and develop new and amazing skills for the game but what I enjoy the most is watching them develop socially. I sincerely believe that sports is an integral part of helping children develop into well rounded adults of good character and morals. With that stated, I will hold a high standard among all my players to show respect for one another including the coaching staff. I also expect the same from my team parents. Also, please keep in mind, I am not a baby sitter or nanny, I expect parents to be punctual when picking up their players after practices and or games. I’ve experienced this in the past and it isn’t fair to me to have to attend to someone else’s child waiting to be picked up by their parent or guardian. My free time is just as valuable and hard to come by as any of yours. So, please be courteous.
Finally, my initial intentions were to volunteer as an assistant coach due to my work schedule commitments however, I was assigned as the manager instead. Therefore, I feel obligated to accept what has been delivered to me; which is why I would like to ask for as much help and support from each and every parent in helping me coach our team. Your volunteerism and commitment would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I have scheduled all practices for Thursdays preferably between the hours of 4:30 through 6:00 or when fall daylight hours will permit.
