I am very pleased to announce that the TOP All-Star Cheer program at Above The Barre, Inc., became TOP All-Star Cheer, LLC. on October 4, 2009. YAY! We are very excited about this new venture & look forward to a terrific new beginning for our awesome program, athletes, parents & staff.
