Due to ruling changes by BC Soccer it is necessary to get the majority of our registrations into Lower Island Soccer and BC Soccer before August 23, 2010.

For those parents that have not registered their players yet this season please register them as soon as possible!

Also, Gorge is also having some organized, in-person registration sessions at our Hampton Park clubhouse on the following dates:

Saturday August 14th 9:00 – 11:00am
Saturday August 21st 9:00-11:00am

Hi Ladies-just to let you know that there is a practice on Thursday. Barry will not be there as he is going to a meeting at the Gorge Office to fight on behalf of us. Go Barry!!
Bill and Lorne will be Thankfully helping out with the practice.

Hello Ladies-just a reminder that there is NO game Jan 9th. We will practice at the field Mon Jan 11th and at the gym Thurs Jan 14th.
We WILL have a game on Sat the 16th.

Just wanted to let you all know that a letter has been sent by LISA stating that our team has too many transfer players on it and that we will not be eligible for District Cup play and that the players they have sent letters to may not be allowed to play for this team next season.
Their information, in my opinion, is incorrect and I have sent them a detailed email identifying their mistakes. Alex and Barry have been CC’d on the email and should be in receipt of the LISA reply – whenever they get back to us.
On a personal note, I am very upset with LISA for sending out letters without first consulting with the coach or manager. So on their behalf I apologize for the insensitive nature in which LISA has chosen to address their concern.
Having said all that, GREAT game last Sunday! You guys have to remember that 12 of 17 players are under-age. That is a whole year of training and playing that you have to gain before you are supposed to be at the same level as these teams. So keep working and you will gain a huge edge on the teams next season!
