2015 St Martha Football Families:

We are quickly approaching football season and as many of you are aware a successful football program requires the contributions of many. As of this date we do not have a football field manager. This position is responsible for the scheduling of the various crews and positions that are essential to the workings of the game day activities. Most of us probably have a poor idea of all the various workings of these game day crews and members. Be assured this does not include scheduling an overwhelming number of people but it does require some effort and assurance of dependability. Ideally we would like to have someone agree to take on this role who is close to the program/parish but it does not have to be someone with an immediate connection…a grandparent, uncle, aunt, close friend, etc. could sufficiently fill this role. This position could even be filled by more than one person so as not to completely consume someone’s time and availability. However, whomever does accept this position would be required to meet one requirement and that would be to take the Honor Thy Child class. At this short juncture, unless we have someone immediately step up to fill this position, these responsibilities will fall on our shoulders, the Sports Ministry.
