2012 WDYFC Sign Up
The following sign up dates have been set at the Peosta Community Centre;
Wednesday, May 30th from 6:00 – 7:30 (Early Bird)
Tuesday, June 5th 6:00 – 7:30 (Early Bird)
Monday, June 18th 6:00 – 7:30
Thursday, June 28th 6:00 – 7:30

If you are registering online, please print the Participant Contract Consent and the Medical History form. Please bring these completed forms to registration.
$115 fee covers field fees, helmet, pads, pants, jersey & insurance. Early Bird discount if signed up by June 5th. Make Check payable to WD Youth Football or WDYF. $50 deposit not required this year. Please see flyer for details on divisions and other important information.
