TRIVIA NIGHT:

January 25th starting at 6pm
Elks Lodge – Arnold Missouri
We will have 2 booze barrels that night so we are needing each family to bring 1 bottle of booze to the first indoor practice (if you have more than one child playing for this club then you will still only need to bring 1 bottle not 2)
Raffle tickets stubs for trivia night will also need to be collected at the first indoor practice.

OUT-OF-TOWN TOURNAMENT

Father’s Day Weekend June 13th – 15th
Southhaven Mississippi (about 5 hour drive)
In order to ensure enough rooms for the room rate, we need to know the following things:
*How many people will you have attending the tournament?
*What day will you plan on arriving and leaving?
(I need everyone to email me with your travel plans by this Friday January 3rd)

OTHER TOURNAMENTS THROUGHOUT THE SEASON

Tournament throughout the season are being planned as we speak and should have dates for you by the end of January.

INDOOR PRACTICE:

Our first practice will be on Friday January 10 at Balls and Strikes at Gravois Bluffs, Fenton from 7pm – 9pm. All players must wear either baseball pants/sweatpants, tennis shoes (not spikes) and a baseball hat.

DUES:

Please bring your final payments to practice on Friday January 17th. CHECKS ONLY, NO CASH!!

Let me know if you have any questions and please don’t forget to let me know your travels plans for the tournament as I need to get this information to Christine Grab as soon as possible.
