Rain/Game Cancellations
U6 – Mike Darr will contact you or your coaches via email. You may also check the York Township Field Hotline 741-3861 x350 on Tuesdays or Thursdays if it is raining.
U8 – Eric Pierce will contact you or your coaches via email. Two coaches may agree to reschedule, post pone or cancel games on their own. They will be responsible for rescheduling field space and game times. Parents may also check the York Township Field Hotline 741-3861 x350 before games or practices when it is raining.
U9-U19 – For Home games Louie Kline will contact your coaches with game cancellation information. For Away games it is up to the President of the opposing club or the League to determine game cancellations. For home games, you may also check the York Township Field Hotline 741-3861 x350
(Coaches are not allowed to cancel games for U9-U19, in fact the club may incur a fine and have to pay ref fees if teams/clubs/coaches do not follow the league guidance on game cancellations.)
