CUSC U13 Elite

For the third straight year, CUSC U13 Elite has won the Indiana State Championship! They beat a very good Elkhart Flames for the second straight year to take home the hardware! They boys will get the chance to compete in Saganaw, MI at Regionals for the first time! Congratulations to all on another GREAT season!

For the 3rd time in as many years, CUSC U13 Elite is headed back to Lawrence Soccer Complex in June to compete for the State Championship! The boys will face Ft. Wayne Citadel for a second time after defeating them in the Championship Game 2 years ago. It is time for the boys to circle the wagons and get to work!

In the other bracket, CUSC U13 Premier Blue will face Elkhart Flames (the same team that the Elite Team was able to defeat for the State Championship last year). Blue will have their work cut out for them, but after a stirring 3-1 victory over Westside United…they are up to the challenge.

The lads duke it out with the Elkhart Flames again to take home the hardware! For the second straight tournament, the boys were able to meet the challenge of a strong competitor to come out on top! They should be proud of their work…but know that they have MANY more challenges ahead. They are already making great strides as a team in adjusting to the new shape and size of the full field. We have a lot of learning to do this year and some tough sledding in the NPL! But, I think that this team is on the right track and has had a great start to the year!

Now the lads embark on new challenges! New Coach, New League, New Teammates… With back-to-back State Championships, the boys have the confidence they will need to go for 3! Welcome to the new players and families that are joining us and welcome to the new coach…well, new to us!
