Attention Ninja Black Sox:

You must keep a proper scoresheet during your games. A proper scoresheet is one that shows the batting order and details the result of each at bat/how the runs are scored. They are available from the league website. A photo/scan of the scoresheet must be emailed to your league convenor’s email (division5@hpsa.ca) within 24 HOURS of your game. This serves two purposes:

1. Verify your run total in the event of scoring disputes. If your opponent disputes your game score and you cannot verify it by showing your scoresheet then you will not be awarded a win.

2. Your players must play 3 games throughout the season to be eligible for postseason play. This is verified by the scoresheet submitted to the league after each game. In the event that a playoff opponent challenges one of your player’s playoff eligibility we will go back to the scoresheets to verify that they played the league minimum 3 games. HOWEVER, if you do not submit any scoresheets throughout the season your team will not be eligible to play in the postseason as you will have no players that you can proved played the league minimum.

As things stand now, you have not submitted any scoresheets. Please begin doing so or you will not be eligible for postseason play.
