The Northern Lakes Aquatic Club, (NLAC), is a competitive swimming program and member of USA Swimming. NLAC is operated by a consortium of USA registered coaches representing swimmers from various pools across Northern Wisconsin. NLAC Swimming is suported by aquatic programs in the cities of Rice Lake, Ladysmith, Rhinelander, Tomahawk, Antigo, Medford, Phillips, and the Minocqua/Woodruff area.
