We would like to thank all of the players and parents that have participated in tryouts over the past two weekends. The players worked hard and the coaching staff is very pleased with the work ethic and talent of all that attended. We will announced teams through emails that you have provided over the next week. Our next practice will be as soon as the high school season concludes for Merrimack.
If you would like to order bats through the American Bat Company please contact coach Henz at 603-341-2330 by Wednesday (May 23) to be sure you have your bat for beginning of season.

Merrimack Post 98 Junior Baseball will hold a meeting on Sunday, February 19, 6:00pm at the Legion Hall (upstairs) to discuss the upcoming summer season. Topics will include, coaches, schedule, and price. All players interested in playing this summer should attend the meeting. Parents are encouraged to attend. If you have any questions about the program this is a great opportunity to address the staff.
Post 98 is coming off a successful 2011 season. Junior Legion baseball is open to all players 17U and is a highly competitive program. The season runs from June 11 thru July 28 following by State Tournament if team qualifies.

Congratulations to the NH Junior Legion State Champions. Crowned on Wednesday, July 27, 2011. A job well done and well deserved to a group of young men that worked tirelessly all year long.
Tryouts for the Merrimack Jr Legion program were concluded on May 23. Thank you to all the players and parents that attended our 2 days of workouts.
Coaches were very excited with the turnout and the how hard the players worked during tryouts They are looking forward to the 2010 season. The coaching staff will be working over the next several weeks to cut the roster size to 18 players (max allowed). There may be additional workouts over this time period in which players will be invited to attend.
The first game is scheduled against Goffstown at home on June 16.
