The 7th Annual Mustangs-Alumni Game is in the books.  On July 29, the Alums rallied for a hard-fought, 10-8 victory.  Most importantly, a great time was had by all as the past and present got together.

Welcome to the online home of the MtB Mustangs, where we are pursuing the goal of becoming the best homeschool baseball program in the country. We continue to see tremendous player development both on and off the field.

To find out more about us, click "Who We Are." Also, check our "Schedule" and "Team History" tabs to see the level of competition and the quality of baseball that we play. In 2011, for example, our Varsity competed in two UIL 4A-5A tournaments, and we won one of them. As such, we became the first homeschool program in Texas to win a UIL 4A-5A tournament. Through the 2017 season, more than a dozen Mustangs have gone on to play college baseball.

We invite you to take a few minutes and read our introduction below, look around our site, and get familiar with the MtB Mustangs.

The Montgomery County Mustangs formed in 2002 to address the desire of homeschooled young men in the Montgomery County and surrounding areas to participate in high school and junior high level competitive baseball. In 2005, the Mustangs incorporated as a non-profit 501(c)(3) association, becoming the only non-profit, competitive baseball organization for home schoolers in the north Harris/southern Montgomery County and surrounding areas. Guided by a volunteer Board of Directors, we are both an athletic organization and a ministry to homeschool families. To reflect this "More than Baseball" vision, the Mustangs were renamed the "MtB Mustangs" in 2007.

We are MtB
We are … pursuing excellence
on the field … off the field … everywhere.
