There is no telling what time of day the message will be updated so it is wise to call every hour or so starting at 8 am. If the message does not refer to the day and date of your game this means the fields are open. If the message states that fields are open but games may be played only if conditions are such that the safety of the players is not in jeopardy and excessive damage to the field will not result, then it becomes the decision of the assigned center referee at game time.
