Winter Workouts
What: We will workout 2 times a week during January and February to get ready for the spring lax season. We will be doing all types of conditioning including stickwork when the weather cooperates.
Who: Anyone interested in trying out for the Varsity or J.V. girl’s lacrosse team at Centennial.
When: Starting Jan. 5th – Feb. 25th. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-3:45 p.m. (Since workouts don’t start until 3:00, it might be a good idea to get some stick work in at Centennial after you get out of school from 2:30-3:00)
Where: Burleigh Manor (we will meet in the main lobby on the Centennial side of the building at 3:00 promptly. Please do not come early as the middle school students will still be getting out.)
RSVP- I NEED to know how many will be attending the workouts so that I can plan the space accordingly. You do not have to come to ALL of the workouts in order to sign up. Please e-mail me before Tuesday Jan. 5th if you would like to participate.
