USYS/MSYSA REGISTRATION:
Per the earlier post, you should have by now received and hopefully returned the player pass/USYS registration forms to me via regular mail. Also, please remember to send a headshot photo to me via email (I can crop, print and affix to player passes).

note: Freedom95 GU15 annual dues = $2,525.00
Please download the 2010-11 info packet and registration form from the following link on the bethesdasoccer.org website:

Please read the packet and fill out both the registration form and the payment form PRIOR TO AUGUST 1ST.
Also remember, if you are applying for a scholarship, this form is due on July 23rd (form can be found on bethesdasoccer.org website under the scholarship tab)
