Reminder: There will be an Executive Board Meeting Thursday June 1st at Lischio Field Clubhouse. Meeting agenda to include the HR Derby, All Stars, and playoff baseball. Public is welcome to attend. Meeting will begin at 8:30.
From all of us at Wickford Little League, have a happy and safe Memorial Day weekend. We are honored to have in our North Kingstown community so many veterans and current service men and women. Their paths have taken them to foreign soil to help protect our great country. Their bravery and unselfishness is to be commended not just this weekend, but everyday, every week, every chance we get. The freedoms we cherish in this country were made secure by those who chose to stand up and protect the United States of America. A salute, a handshake, a hug, and most of all, an appreciation for their service is our duty as Americans for these incredible men and women. Wickford Little League says Thank You for your service.

Wickford Little League and North Kingstown American Little League, let's support one of the most successful baseball families in North Kingstown's rich history of rising stars, the Maloneys. Enter to walk or run in this year's Jog for Julie and Dana Farber on Saturday June 17th. Walk with your kids, your neighbors, the sponsors of the event, come be a part of the solution. Thank you to our amazing Moms, Step-Moms, Grandmas for supporting your sons and daughters in youth sports like Wickford Little League. You stand and cheer for our rising stars. You log hours and hours at practices and games. When the rain starts, you grab your umbrella. When the cold creeps in, you just grab your gloves and a blanket and settle in. Rain or shine, in spring or fall, you are there to support and encourage our rising stars. Thank you for all that you do. Happy Mother's Day from everyone at Wickford Little League. Go Moms!!!
