Welcome to the 2017 Sandston Baseball/Softball Season! Each year at SYA the players can participate in an optional annual fundraiser where the proceeds help with the cost of our baseball/softball programs. This year Sandston is offering three different fundraising options to help our players achieve this fundraising goal and allows you to approach your neighbors, family, coworkers and friends for support. This year your fundraiser options are Coke Products and/or Discount Cards for local businesses and/or Sports theamed cups Please choose one of the three options listed below or mix and match.
Option 1—Coke Products
The cost per case is $23.00 and $5.00 will go towards their total amount raised. Each player will need to sell 10 cases to meet their $50.00 goal. The delivery date for these orders will be announced a week prior too and the pickup location will be the parking lot behind the JB Finley Concession Stand. A pickup time will be provided closer to the delivery date. Prior to turning in your coke order, please total your sheet and make a copy for yourself.
Option 2—Discount Cards for Local Businesses
The cost of each card is $10.00 and $5.00 per card will go towards their total amount raised. Each player will need to sell 10 cards to meet their $50.00 goal. Any cards that are not sold will need to be returned to your team mom.
Option 3—Sports Cups
The catalog offers many choices of MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, and Collage sports team cups. There are many styles of cups as well. The cups are priced differently according to style. Details on credit received and turn in and pick up dates will be given at time of registration.
***Fundraiers need to be turned in by March 25th 2017 to your Team Mom***
